Hiding from the Doctor & A Giveaway Winner | Houston Family Photographer

Baby O was sick last week…no fun for Mommy! But, I do tend to get more snuggles from her when she’s sick (and I love ‘em!)…Of course, I also get my share of hair pulls and the occasional smacking away of medicine I am trying to administer to her. Giveaway Day | Houston Portrait & Wedding Photographer

Whew, what a weekend! We just returned from Austin where I photographed the wedding of a dear Family Friend at a really cool, vintage spot. My whole family was invited to attend, so we drove up together and shared a condo on Lake Travis. We made it into a long weekend. Sunday we woke up and, woo-hoo! What do you know, it was my Birthday!…It kind of crept up on me! We went to an awesome breakfast spot touting organic coffees and sublime omelets made with eggs from free-range, blissfully happy chickens, and cheese from extremely wise and peaceful milk cows. Something like that…Needless to say, it did not disappoint. We also checked out a Farmer’s Market on our way out of town. Let me say that Austin is high, high on my list of places I’d love to live. The people, the environment, the scenery, the vibe…I just love it. Note to self: Go more often.
