With baby on the way (about four weeks to go!), I like finding simple, sweet little touches I can add around the house…You know, little things that I hope will make me smile several weeks from now when I’m up late feeding the New Guy and am running on little sleep. I decided to try out a mini-version of the flag sculptures, perfect for potted plants.

Alright, it’s October 1st…so, in my book, Halloween is just around the corner – I love this time of year! I thought I’d share here the Octopus Costume I made for Baby O last year, incase anyone out there is brainstorming about simple costumes to make for their baby or toddler. I love this costume because it could work well for non-walkers too. It’s also great for boys or girls.
