…I was soo sad to miss this Monday’s weekly “Handmade Monday” post. I like to imagine that there are people out there, maybe family and friends, who actually tune in most Mondays to check out my Handmade Mondays posts and, well, this week they would be a tad disappointed…But I will certainly make up for it soon!
I’ve just been, well, basically swamped. Which is actually a really good thing…though it will also be nice when it levels out a bit more in the coming weeks. This past weekend I photographed a BEAUTIFUL wedding in Austin…The couple was soo stinkin’ cute and the whole ceremony was a real tear-jerker. I’ll have to post photos in the near future. My husband also tried his hand at assisting me/being a second-shooter. I think it went really well. He’s got such a technical mind…he’s really able to pick up the technical parts of it very quickly, and can help trouble-shoot things like obstinate “pocket wizards” completely on the fly…He’s a great person to have by my side, in work, and in life. (Yep, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to say something cheesy…But still, it’s totally true.)
Today I fed Baby O some Rice Cereal, at the Pediatrician’s request. She’s 5 1/2 months old, so it’s time to gradually introduce her to the concept of “solids”…
Well, I’ll be busy for the next few days as well, but I will be posting more soon! {Happy Wednesday.}
